Serial Project; RfQ Phase:

  • Assurance that extent of impact of MV specifics on system level (timing, requirements, system architecture) is taken into account
  • Discussion with and assessment of MV suppliers, requirements, KPIs to 3rd parties
  • Feasibility and concept studies
  • Rough scheduling, budgeting, manpower requirements for MV development

Serial Project; development phase:

  • discuss and agree ESOWs, workpackages, timing, KPIs with the MV suppliers
  • ensure that MV suppliers keep deadlines and generate all the necessary documentation (e.g. SPICE)
  • coordinate and align the MV suppliers between each other
  • align MV modules to the system (resource availability on ECU) & coordinate necessary tooling
  • assess all new requests and their impact from OEM Client towards Ficosa/Tier 1-client in terms of MV
  • lead MV requirements elicitation support for client towards end-client
  • assignment of responsibilities, definition of timelines and approaches.
  • assessment of importance/urgency/relevance of the topics
  • ensure application of processes and standards (FDS, ISO9001, ASPICE, MISRA-C, HIS etc.)
  • represent MV topics in front of client

Pre-development Projects and (Pre-)SalesSupport

  • Support for pre-development projects: technical PM role
  • Interfacing with clients for hardware / system contents


Lindau, up to 30% of travel required


Our Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of vision development experience
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in an automotive context
  • Self-starter, process oriented, positive attitude, team player
  • English, German is desirable
  • Clear communication capacity
  • Active usage of SVN, JIRA, CONFLUENCE, MS Office, Project
