FAA conformance posture for unmanned and crewed platforms is documented per-program in our aerospace integration pack. We do not maintain a standing FAA Part 21/Part 145 approval; each engagement is reviewed against the applicable airworthiness pathway.

Section 02 · Regional Posture

Deployment-readiness across our four primary markets.

A buyer’s compliance checklist mapped against Adasens’s current posture. Each row shows the operative regime, what Adasens holds today, and the residual procurement task that typically falls on the integrator.

Region / Market Operative Regime Adasens Posture Residual Buyer Task
US Industrial UL 508A · NFPA 79 · OSHA general industry UL listed for shipped hubs and edge nodes; EMC characterized in-house per FCC Part 15. Integrator-side risk assessment for end-use machinery.
EU Machinery CE — Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, EMC 2014/30/EU, RoHS 2011/65/EU DoC issued per SKU; responsible person on file in Stuttgart. Integrator’s final machinery risk assessment and CE assembly.
Automotive Functional Safety ISO 26262 (ASIL-B capable modules), IATF 16949 awareness, AEC-Q100 for active components Edge AI inference modules architected to ASIL-B; components sourced to meet AEC-Q100 where applicable. Vehicle-level safety case and PPAP-style documentation owned by the OEM/Tier 1.
Aerospace / FAA FAA Part 21 / Part 23 / Part 25 as applicable; RTCA DO-178C / DO-254 for flight software & hardware AS9100D QMS in place; sensor-fusion modules delivered as LRU with full configuration index and CoC. Type certification, DER sign-off, and integration with the platform’s cert basis are owned by the integrator.

Section 03 · External Recognition

Awards and operational metrics, side by side.

Recognition only matters if it tracks operational performance. Each award below is paired with the metric it is most often asked to substantiate.

Section 04 · Audit Resources

What you get before procurement ever asks.

When an engineering lead reaches out, we send a complete audit packet inside two business days. No NDAs are required for the standard packet; full DPA, SCC, and ITAR-style flow-down paperwork is initiated against a mutual NDA we already have templated.

  • Standard audit packet (no NDA required)

Active ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certificate PDFs, scope statements, facility addresses, ANSI-ASQ/ANAB accreditation marks, and current Statement of Applicability summary.

  • Product compliance file (per SKU)

EU Declaration of Conformity, UL file number, FCC/EMC test reports, RoHS and REACH material declarations, and shipping country-of-origin records.

  • QMS documentation (under mutual NDA)

Quality Manual, change-control procedure, CAPA log (last 24 months, redacted), supplier-control procedure, and design-history file index per shipped SKU.

  • Data protection paperwork (under mutual NDA)

GDPR DPA, EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021 modules), UK IDTA, and customer-specific addenda templated for review within five business days.

  • On-site or virtual audit

Pre-qualified customers may schedule a one-day facility walk in Boulder or Stuttgart, or a remote QMS walk-through with our Director of Quality.

For programs requiring FAA, FDA, or customer-specific conformity assessment, request our Aerospace Integration Pack or Medical & Life-Sciences Supplement separately — each is reviewed against your program’s regulatory pathway before release.

Section 05 · Next Step

Walk through our audit posture against your program’s checklist.

Thirty minutes with a solutions engineer and our Director of Quality. We map the certification and compliance artifacts in this dossier to the specific clauses your procurement and quality teams need to close, and we send a tailored audit packet before the call ends.

  • Pre-call review of your supplier-qualification questionnaire
  • Live walkthrough of the QMS scope statements and current audit window
  • Tailored document list delivered during the call
