SCHEDULE / 30-MIN WORKING SESSION

Book a Sensor Strategy Call with an Adasens solutions engineer.

Thirty minutes, screen-shared if you want. Bring a sensor stack diagram, a rough environment description, or a regulator’s letter. We’ll sketch a path to production together — no sales script, no follow-up sequence.

Schedule a Sensor Strategy Call
  • Avg. response within 6h, Mon–Fri 07:00–18:00 MT
  • First call is with an engineer, not an SDR
  • NDA available on request before the meeting

02 / TWO PARALLEL PATHS

Open a structured intake — or reach an engineer directly.

Choose whichever path fits how you work today. The structured form routes you to the solutions engineer closest to your stack; the direct contacts below go to the engineering desk in Boulder or Stuttgart.

INTAKE FORM — /contact Fields marked * required

Submissions route to [email protected] and are triaged within one business day.

03 / WHAT THE FIRST 72 HOURS LOOK LIKE

What happens after you submit.

Concrete numbers, not promises — measured across the 1,800+ deployments in our active installed base.

  1. 6h Median first-response time on new submissions (business hours).
  2. 72h Maximum window before a qualified engineering lead follows up with a written summary.
  3. 2call Working sessions before any commercial proposal — scope and architecture first.
  4. 14wk Median prototype-to-production time once a project is scoped with a solutions engineer.

04 / QUESTIONS THAT GATE THE BOOK BUTTON

Things engineers ask us before scheduling.

If your question isn’t here, send it as a one-liner in the form above — we’ll answer in writing, on the call, or both.

  1. Will I talk to an engineer on the first call?

Yes. A solutions engineer leads the 30 minutes — not an SDR, not an AE. If the topic needs deeper specialty (RF, controls, safety), the right Adasens specialist joins live. Average first call: 1.2 engineers from our side.

  2. How do you handle our IP before the call?

We can countersign a mutual NDA within 24 hours. If you already have one, send it to [email protected]. Sensitive material can also be reviewed under a clean-room brief — we redact identifying details on both sides before any technical deep-dive.

  3. What should I bring to make the call worth 30 minutes?

A current stack diagram (even a hand-drawn one), the failure modes you’re trying to disambiguate, target environment constraints, and a rough production volume. Optional but useful: a regulator’s letter, a competitor BOM you’re benchmarking against, or a budget band.

  4. Are you taking prototype-only engagements, or production?

Both — and explicitly: we run a 14-week prototype-to-production path rather than a separate prototype vendor then a handoff. About 38% of new engagements start as a 6-week feasibility; the remaining 62% start with a production target in mind.
